Beyond music, he has pioneered ventures such as Instant Pickup, Instant Apartment, and Instant Ryde, redefining lifestyle and convenience in Nigeria.

In 2020, he was appointed Special Adviser on Tourism in Cross River State, where he championed cultural promotion and youth-driven opportunities. Through the Startup Fund, Ubi invests in young entrepreneurs, inspiring resilience, innovation, and enterprise.
